   3. Return Pick up: To initiate a pick up, please contact our customer support team via phone or email (support@iamgoodness.com) so they can assist / schedule a pick up date / time that works for both parties.
   4. Product Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it onsite before leaving to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
   5. Refund or Replacement: If the returned product meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund based on the number of products and conditions or provide a replacement product, as per your preference.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
   1. Opened or Used Products: We cannot accept returns on opened or used cannabis products due to legal and safety reasons.
   2. Edibles and Consumables: For safety and regulatory compliance, we do not accept returns on edible or consumable cannabis products that are open / package damage that exposes the edible product.
   3. Products returned after 30 days of purchase / delivery date.
   4. Product that is expired.
